I live very close to Brava Bistro and yet had never been before. Perhaps because I genuinely did not even really know it existed for the longest time. It’s stuck right in between Subway and Starbucks so it’s easy to miss.
That being said, now that I am in fact aware of its existance, I will most certainly be back again.
The restuarant itself is small and nicely decorated. Simple yet quite beautiful.
Our server was wonderful too. Kind and attentive and genuinely nice, no fake smiles or comments.
We ate excessive amounts of food and it was all phenomenal. There wasn’t a single bad dish. There also wasn’t a single light dish, so make sure you come hungry and prepared to eat exceedingly delicious/rich food. The mussels were spectacular, as were the scallops. For the main course I had the salmon, which was to die for. I also tried the pork shoulder and the short rib. Both of them were wonderful but extremely rich, I personally would not ahve been able to eat the entirety if I had ordered either as my main course.
I would highly, highly recommend Brava Bistro to everyone. The food, atmosphere, and service are all wonderful. I know I will certainly be back and I will convince all of my family and friends to join me.
