I recently headed to Buon Giorno with all the ladies in my family. There were about 12 of us in total and it was lovely for everyone to get to spend some quality time together with good wine, good, food, and good company.
Buon Giorno is a family favourite of ours on account of the nice atmosphere, great location, good food, and moderate price.
We ordered bruscetta and calamari to start, as well as lots and lots of wine. The bruscetta was delicious, as was the calamari, though I am always disappointed when it lacks the crispy legs (my favouirte part, mmmm). For my main course I ordered veal-wrapped prawns with a tomato sauce and vegetables. I have to say, it was absolutely wonderful and just the right amount of food!
All in all, I wholly advise people to check out Buon Giorno. If you like italian, it is definitely a great place to god. Especially if you are looking for somewhere on 17th avenue since it blows awful places like Chianti and mediocre places like Fiore out of the water.
